London’s Olympic Games Opening Ceremony has been accused of ripping off Sydney’s effort in 2000. In all fairness though, there was no sign of Nikki Webster in London, and no sign of Mr Bean in Sydney.

You’re not serious father? That was a most disappointing Opening Ceremony, when considered as a whole. It had good aspects like Bean (hilarious!) But surely there are better aspects of British culture to draw upon from the past few centuries?
Sydney was way better (and I have recently re watched the whole thing) .
